We got treated like animals. They won't Evan that busy. I get only a few workers and that you only have two hands and two legs like the rest of us. But it honestly doesn't take that long to clean a table. Told us to wait 2 minutes we got our food then had to still wait for her to clean the table. Then she served another person instead of cleaning it walked away as we kept saying clean the table. Ignored us completely. The guys on the other table decided to leave so we can seat on there table as we sat there for about 20 minutes she still didn't clean the table as we left too... like wowza hate to see how bad you all be under pressure... when honestly I hardly ever complain or act rude to anyone. Happy to wait just actually do it. Not mehh attitude and saying we're the rude ones... pretty funny. Other then that food was fresh I've been here b4 with better experience and service though my friends mother wasn't happy at all.
This has to be the worst KFC I’ve ever been too. On the first occasion I watched my order sitting on the counter with no one at the front counter for 10 mins before being given my order. Second time, through drive through, they misheard the order, went to the drive through window to correct the order and they still gave me the wrong order. 20 mins later and the order came but they forgot the drink and a small fries and not the large that we ordered. I believe some retraining and just learning to confirm a customers orders would serve this place well.
Went in November ordered a Giant Feast and received a box 80% of chicken wings, manager gave us a credit but it had ruined our meal as it was too far to return that night.nThought we would give a second chance so tonight around 6pm we ordered the same meal. Received what looked and tasted like re heated chicken and cold chips with no salt. Very long wait. Staff talking to friends who had not ordered anything. Store needs a damn good clean.nWon’t be returning.
I dined in, unless you want to waste 30 minutes waiting for 2 go buckets and witness multiple people complaining about their order, only to receive burnt and stale food that immediately makes you feel sick- don’t go here. This is honestly disturbing, children cannot run a shop on their own and 18 year old managers can not adequately handle a fast food environment. I feel terrible for the workers despite the fact that every other minute the girl would shoot us a dirty look, drive through is no better as 100% you’ll be asked to pull over and wait 15-30 minutes just for them to forget half of your order. The place is decently clean because no one dines in, the toilets are a different story.
Worst kfc in Melbourne, DO NOT GO HERE, I GOT SICK!!. I ordered a twister box, the chips were old and oily, the chicken was old and over cooked it tasted funny, the sauce in the twister tasted off and now I have food poisoning and so does my wife. This place needs to be shut down, I have been inside it is filthy, food all over the floor. When I left there was bags of instant mash potatoe all over the car park and birds had ripped the bags open then stench was foul. I saw this after I had ordered the food
