Doesn’t deserve even one star. Very soggy and oily chicken. The bottom of the box was filled with oil leaking out to soak the paper bag. We didn’t want to waste food but it made us very sick so we had to throw most of chicken away.
I recently placed a large order from KFC to celebrate my brother's birthday, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The food was inedible: the chicken was completely dry, the nuggets appeared dirty and even seemed to contain small metal fragments, and the bread was stale. We were so disgusted that we had to throw everything out.nnI have submitted three separate complaints to customer service with no response. This is unacceptable. I expect a full refund for this unsafe and substandard meal.
Not only did our order take 27 minutes to get to us and no one came to us and gave us reassurance that they will get to us shortly, but once we received our food they completely butchered our order. Below the picture of an order of an original zinger wrap and they gave me 2 tenders and a tortilla nothing else. Horrible service and I would recommend that no one goes to this KFC
Avoid. Staff can't seem to keep the place clean or tidy. Girl had chewy-gum who served us, unacceptable in food service. Staff don't want to be at work and should have just stayed home. I will not return to this store.nPlus once home I find they have put pepper mayo on the burger. Gross! Ruined lunch and wasted money it's the absolute worst!
Gave us 6 peices of end of night wings and drumsticks at full price and they were inedible.nOnly redeeming grace was fresh chips and staff offered to cook popcorn chicken.
