Don't know why this location is so cursed.nFood is noticeably less fresh and lower quality than surrounding stores which is strange because I'm sure they get the same chicken. Nonetheless, the chicken and chips are soggier and staler.nStaff seem unwilling or unable to make changes to meal requests requested more drumsticks in a 8 piece pack; got 0.nThe outside was dirty and clogged with aggressive seagulls, even saw another patron have to fight off a few from trying to get into their car for some scraps.
3/12 - Called and was advised to submit food safety issue via email. Was provided a generic response advising they taken these issues seriously and to send photos of screw that was found in food and subsequently bitten as trying to consume food. Then did not hear anything back. Followed up on the 6/12 and nothing. Maybe this will get a response?
Coburg KFC is absolutely fantastic! The service is always friendly and efficient, making every visit a pleasure. The chicken is consistently crispy and flavorful, and the sides are just as delicious. I love the variety on the menu, and everything is always fresh. Plus, the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone craving some tasty fast food! 5 stars all the way!
The food is very good compared to any other restaurant i've been through, especially, the wicked wings and the zinger burger. I love the ambience of the store, clean all out. It is spacious. The crew members are excellent too. They are really friendly to the customers.
Generally lovely staff, food is as nice as any other KFC, but the girl on drive-thru tonight was so unbelievably rude and snarky. I have worked at KFC before, I know how stressful it is, but holy shit. If you hate your job that much, just quit instead of taking it out on others
