The staff don't smile and it took 5 minutes to just get some chips! At least they were fresh, I s'pose. This branch is famous for being VERY average

Very good service. The only reason why i gave 4 stars is because they occassionally forget to put the dipping sauce when i order family meals. And the drive way in and out seems to be very deep so a lot of cars tend to get damaged. Otherwise, definitely good.

A basic KFC with drive-through. Not too busy most of the time & has all of the usual menu options plus extras & special deals (which can be a big saver if necessary). Unfortunately they do not deliver (KFC, when are you gonna pick up your game?!!) but the drive is relatively quick & stress-free from anywhere in Brunswick or Coburg.

Disgusting is an understatement! The place was so so dirty! Waited ages for our food, staff were yelling & swearing. Worst KFC I've ever been to!

A bit of a long wait time for food but that's what happens at most KFC stores anyway. I was served by a girl named Sarah who was absolutely lovely. She was very pleasant and salted the chips properly. Gave me my food with a huge smile and told me to enjoy it. Would definitely go back just to see her.
