i got a tender box original size but they forgot the sauce and cutlery + napkins.. not to mention the size of the tenders are getting ridiculously smaller. i got it with a zinger box and they put the two boxes sideways into the paper bags. extremely disappointed. i hope you can fix these issues
The worst order of KFC chicken - didn’t receive the right chicken and the chicken I got looked and felt like it had been sitting there all day? Do you not care about food quality and potential harm to customers? I get this is fast food but surely even you have standards to adhere to. Does this look like original recipe chicken to you ? This need to be thrown out not served to customers!!!!! Reading the reviews this isn’t the first time either!!! Grow up and do better.
They had this offer on the menu on a paper which said 10 original pieces for $10 i was like wow this seems good so i got them she gave it right away which was good but the actually chicken was soggy and soft not crunchy at all the coating just falls off the meat and wasnt tasty i would say it was hard to eat and also was tooooo oily and moist just didnt feel right. Felt like this is fried along time ago and just sitting there for hours could also be friend last night it was that soggy and definitely re fried to heat it up
Would have to be the worse meal I’ve ever had, and honestly the WORSE!! Keep getting the orders wrong. Only got it because we just got back from holidays. Thought getting an order early dinner time, thinking it would be fresh. I was so VERY wrong. It was like the burgers & chips limp and tasteless were made at lunchtime, . No bacon when ordered & the lettuce wilted to the point of deteriorated. Tasted fowl. Not the first time either.. really need to lift their game
It's a kfc, the food is always better tasting mentally and in your mind than physically eating it, and expecting different results everytime is insanity.nnThat said, service quality does vary noticeably between locations. I've found myself more inclined to visit the Coburg store over the closer Fawkner branch due to a consistently better overall experience. The staff seem more engaged, and there's a clear sense of pride in how the store is run, which makes a difference compared to nearby locations within a short distance. Well done to the team
