Poor customer service. Once upon a time they were excellent. Now the business is going good may be. They don't care. But if i was them I will always respect and treat customers the same. Am out

The falafel plate was excellent and delicious. The fava beans were not as good but certainly adequate. Prices are fairly reasonable and I would definitely return for more. Recommended for a nice and hearty breakfast or lunch for the family. But be warned, there's a chance you won't find a place to sit!

Haven't been here for more than a year. I loved the falafel meals here. The falafel meals are now $13. Walked in waiting to be served noticing two others being served. Staff were busy talking behind the counter and appeared to be oblivious to my presence. A couple minutes later two men appearing to more.closely resemble the culture of the cuisine approach the counter and get served immediately. I promptly asked where I should order at the counter with staff indicating anywhere along the counter followed by me being ignored again despite very obviously available staff. Gave up and walked.out.

Very poor customer service. We had to wait over an hour to be served. Careless staff, not attentive. We had to remind them 5 times to bring out our food and tea and even then they got the order wrong. I am never going back again!!!
