Had a great experience at this KFC! The food tasted really good, the service was friendly, and there was plenty of parking available.
Got two tender box meals, chickens so stale I can’t even chew it. Chips also hard. Would have sat inside and then asked for fresh ones but every table was dirty & there were some people on drugs shouting. Won’t be returning. Waste of money
I made an app order which I intended to pick up via drivethru but chose in store instead due to the drivethru queue. One of the team member kindly changed it for me so that I was able to pick up in store. At that point, I was the only one waiting in store. Once that team member changed it on the till, he left and there was another team member cleaning a rack. I waited what seems to be 10 minutes where more people came in some appeared to have ordered online and a lady waited at the till for about 5mins before that team member who was cleaning the rack, stopped and took her order. She was then given her food order a couple of minutes after even though there was other people in front. Initially I thought perhaps my order comprises of something that needed cooking but the staff member saw me standing there and proceeded to grab my items which were already available. In the end, I waited for about 15mins when everything appears to be available and she didn't even acknowledge the delay. I think I will change store to the Perth Airport going forward even though Belmont Forum is a bit closer. My experiences at Perth airport had always exceeded my experiences at Belmont Forum.
My burger looks like a train wreck. And they ran out of regular chicken for the other burger that i wanted. The service was like the burger and a half full potato and gravey. Red rooster is lookimg good from now on.
