The staff here were incredible and polite. The Manager was immaculate had great respect and good customer service skills. He was completely understanding of our situation at another store and helped us out with using our vouchers. He was so polite. The staff was so helpful and the order was quick. Hot and fresh would come again at 10 times over.
KFC Belmont needs to seriously address their food quality and customer service because serving old-tasting chicken and dismissing customer concerns is absolutely appalling. The customer service was just as disappointing as the food. I specifically asked the staff member whether the wings had been sitting under the heat lamps for too long or if they were old, I was told, “nah, they’re fresh” lies.nnThe wings were disgusting — dry, stale, and rubbery I had to air fry them myself. y The texture was awful, the coating was soft and gross, and the whole meal tasted like crap, and take a look at the chicken pieces they sell, just crap food. Being told the food was fresh when it clearly wasn’t had me feeling like I had been completely ripped off.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to make an exception after my experience at KFC Belmont. From the moment I walked in, everything just felt well-run and welcoming. The store was clean, the atmosphere was good, and the staff were clearly working hard to keep things moving efficiently—even during a busy period.nnThe food itself was exactly what you want from KFC—fresh, hot, crispy, and served quickly. My order was spot on with no mistakes, and everything tasted great. You can really tell when a store is on top of its game, and this location definitely is.nnWhat really made the experience stand out though was the customer service, especially from Miguel. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure customers were happy. He handled everything smoothly, stayed positive under pressure, and made the whole process feel easy. It’s rare to see that level of effort and attitude these days, and it made a big difference.nnEmployees like Miguel are a huge asset to the team—he went above and beyond, and it didn’t go unnoticed. It’s the kind of service that turns a quick food stop into a great overall experience.nnI’ll definitely be coming back again, and I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area. 5 stars without a doubt
Honestly one of the better KFC experiences I’ve had. The team at KFC Belmont were super friendly and actually seemed like they cared, which you don’t always get. My order came out quick, everything was fresh, hot, and cooked really well. The place was clean and had a good vibe overall. You can tell they run a tight ship here. Definitely my go-to KFC spot now.
This pretty girl Aleezah served really tasty, juicy, and delicious chicken. My taste buds were extremely satisfied and I genuinely enjoyed the chicken. The boneless chicken was so fresh and it was the best thing i’ve ever had. Give Aleezah a raise please KFC management
