It is really disappointing when you attend an appointment that should be pleasant; but come away feeling upset & offended. The Optometrist is excellent. In contrast the fair- haired female staff member who served me was rude, abrupt & unprofessional. I am a retired senior social worker Obstetrics & former RN/ Midwife and it annoys me to be patronised & treated as though I can be told rather than ASKED if I would like a hearing test. People over 60 retain their intelligence & agency- we haven’t forfeited either, in the majority of cases! Kevin Paisley’s would do well to remember this.
Have been seeing Georgie for quite a few years now. She is excellent. She explains everything in layman’s terms so I fully understand what’s happening with my eyes. I highly recommend you seeing Georgie at Kevin Paisley Pako.

The optometrist was very professional and friendly. The cost put me off purchasing, but if that's not an issue for you then give them a go.
Fantastic, friendly service. The lenses on my new glasses weren't quite right for my posture and they retested my eyes, took my posture into account and had the lenses made again with no fuss. I found the whole crew to be very professional and friendly.

Rude, lazy service with the bonus of being made to feel that you are not welcome in the store. Large woman with long black hair ensured that I was aware of how much I was inconveniencing her as the only customer in the store by asking how much lens thinning and blue light reduction cost, simply because she had to leave her chair to check a booklet. I was actually wearing a pair of Ray Bans that I had previously purchased from this very store, but I will never return here, or to any Kevin Paisley store again. Worst customer service experience in recent memory.

Great team, very friendly. Georgina was great at explaining to me some of the eye problems I've been having.
My sister introduced me to George and the team after I had endured some appalling service at several Melb optometrists. I now travel to Geelong to go to this optometrist. George is a no nonsense, honest and caring practitioner with a true sense of customer service.
