I was not happy with this salon. I would never go back nor recommend to anyone. I got an upper lip and eyebrow wax. My skin wasn’t cleansed before application, the wax was so hot it burnt my skin. I had to apply ice to it immediately after I left. Also hairs remain at the corner of my lips. Cheap and nasty, don’t go there.  The photo doesn’t do justice, it was very sore and red in all areas that were waxed. They shouldn’t be practicing with this level of service.Service:&nbsp;Body waxing

The shop was busy but they let me know upon arrival that there would be a little wait.  My stylist was quick, efficient and didn't talk my ears off. Happy with my cut and the relaxing wash. Thank youService:&nbsp;Hairstyling

The worst place to get a haircut. Literally butchered my hair Had no idea on how to do layers. The lady dint brush or detangle my hair and just took bunches at chopped them off. And "thinned it" very randomly.  Came home to brush my hair and locks of hair are just falling out Its pathetic I need to wear a hat now!!!!

Well, i asked for cold ash brown, but my hair are warm orange  after 2 washes of my hair color is even more and more gingerish. I do not recommend their service

So unhappy with the customer service went to ask if I could get my hair dyed and the two Indian workers smerked at eachother waited abit to even answer my question and then said no we cant do that and I felt discriminated just because I walked in with no shoes as they were in my bag cause I was in a rush and thought I'd pop in and see pricing

Was a little hesitant, not my  regular hairderesser. Glad I went in. Great service, nice colour and cut.

You're in the wrong profession if this is what you call a blimin' haircut.. I should have read the reviews before coming here for a trim.. Poor job, it's cut uneven, not happy... I highly don't recommend this place..

It was a bad experience with Kess at New Plymouth. I am pregnant and went for hair wash. The lady was so rude she didn't check with me the temperature of water and rubbed my scalp with her nails. I couldn't bear it and was so upset that did not go ahead with hair dry. The incident happen on 23rd April 2022 at around 11.10 am. Would never recommend it to anyone in New PlymouthService:&nbsp;Hairstyling
