The hairdresser pulled my hair. Also mildly burnt me with the straightner. Wish I could remember her name. She was poorly presented/ dressed with tatty hair and bare feet. Conversation was strange (she told me too personal things about herself!).She told he she wasnt a good hairdresser! I'm never going back here again!
