Our expert medical team provide quality, caring and professional family medicine, as well as immunisation services and immigration medicals. We also offer a range of special medical clinics including ear suction, and eye care, and have a number of visiting specialists working from the practice. There is also a pharmacy on site. We are proudly Cornerstone Accredited through our commitment to meeting legal and safety standards and continuous quality improvement. We have female and male doctors available and have a Saturday morning clinic. There is plenty of parking available and disability access."

Great service. Friendly doctors. appointment wasnt delayed which is usually the case with doctors appointments. Also has an onsite pharmacy.
So grateful to have been seen as a visitor to the area - wonderful reception, staff and service - at a busy time of the year too!
Doctors are great. Receptionist needs to learn the laws around mask exemptions I felt extremely discriminated against and uncomfortable.
Doctor was fine but the desk staff are utterly incompetent. I need a surgery done and came from a different region. Before the doc could refer me to surgeon I had to send the prior records here. The full record was about 1,000 pages and could only be emailed as a zipped file. They claimed they couldn't open it so I went to a computer and immediately could open the files. And that's not my job. Then I told them how to do it and they said they couldn't do it. They could have just sent it through to the surgeons office the way it was.
My experiences with doctors have been uniformly good despite long waiting times up to 30 minutes with an appointment,however some of the auxiliary staff working here really need to work on their manners. Rude nurses and reception staff need to remember they are providing a service to paying customers and act accordingly.
Abysmal, male drs inappropriate and unprofessional. Pay your money and walk or with nothing what a joke.
I went there to have an employment health check done. I cannot fault their service! It was professional, caring and done in a timely manner. Thanks to Kate, Mika and the lady who did the lung function test! You all helped to make this an worthwhile and interesting experience!!
Thank you to the team at "The Doctors" Kerikeri. I rang them with flu symptoms and they were fully booked up but they still made room for me to receive the health care I needed. Awesome nurse and Doctor that seen me! Really good team!
I've yet to see a doctor so my rating may improve. 6 minutes on hold, no apology. After 15 minutes I still didn't have an appointment as they couldn't seem to find a time when both a doctor and a nurse were available. It was a farcical.
Delightful experience on my first visit. I showed without an appointment for a refill on medication. Being I did not have an appointment, I was seen last as it is a emergency clinic if you walk in. I did not mind the wait once I saw the doctor as she was very friendly as well as the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the area. I tried to go to Whangaroa Health which I was highly disappointed in, so I am glad I came to KeriKeri med and have enrolled my entire family to see these doctors in the future.
