Absolutely Outstanding Stay at Kerang Riverfront Caravan ParknnFrom the moment we drove in, we instantly felt relaxed and genuinely welcomed. Tom and his team went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly enjoyable — nothing was ever too much trouble, and their friendly, down-to-earth hospitality truly made the difference.nnOne of the standout touches was Tom giving us the freedom to choose our own site from those available. We selected a beautiful grassed site right next to the pool and close to the amenities — and it couldn’t have been more perfect.nnThe amenities block was spotless, modern and extremely comfortable. The camp kitchen was spacious, exceptionally well set up and had absolutely everything we needed, making it so easy to use. The pool was outstanding — a fantastic size that comfortably accommodated several guests at once without ever feeling crowded.nnThe improvements happening along the riverfront sites are clearly evident, and the attention to detail is right up there with the very best parks we’ve stayed in. It’s obvious a lot of care and pride goes into maintaining and upgrading this park.nnBeing pet-friendly made our decision to stay here an easy one, and the wide open, beautifully maintained grassed areas were perfect for relaxing. The Kerang town centre is only a short walk away, with everything you could possibly need close by — such a convenient location.nnThis BIG4 Tourist Park absolutely exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back
Thomas, Amanda, Jack, and the rest of the staff were incredibly welcoming and flexible, helping us settle in and organise everything smoothly. We were a party of eight on a Christmas camping trip, and they made the whole experience easy and enjoyable from the moment we arrived. The advice on local off-road spots was fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised when Thomas even helped get the BBQ fire ready for us when we returned to the site.nnThe facilities are clean, well maintained, and fully up to BIG4 standards. The location is very convenient e.g., only a 2-minute drive to the WWS. The campsite is family- and dog-friendly, and there are kayaks and kids’ karts available for extra fun and entertainment.nnThree days felt far too short. We wish we had planned to stay longer. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.
We stayed at BIG4 Kerang Riverfront Holiday Park over the AFL long weekend as a big group of friends and family — some camping and a few in cabins. Everyone absolutely loved it! The place was clean, quiet, and really well looked after. Shared toilets and showers were spotless, and the hot water worked straight away — no waiting around!nnA big shoutout to Thomas, who was super friendly and always around making sure everyone was happy. He was amazing with the kids too, always finding ways to keep them entertained.nnNo complaints at all — just a great, relaxing stay. Highly recommend this park for families and groups!
Booked 7, stayed 10. Close to town. Day trips around area Swan Hill, Barham, Cohuna, Boort. Right on river. 18deg in May was great. Quiet spot. Will return again…nMaybe only suggestion would be mixer taps in shower, and lower volume radio….but I’m 60+
I have decided to amend my review with this park. As mentioned It certainly isn't 5 star, but I really like the place. The fantastic owners, Tom and Amanda make you feel like you have known each other forever, kind of like cousins. They are going to great efforts to upgrade the park and the new pool is awesome. Great happy friendly staff all round. Our site backs onto the river so the view is tops. They do have some really nice looking cabins also. Pricing was excellent compared to lots of other parks I looked up online for this time of year. They also accommodated my huge set up with a heaps of space for my fifth wheeler. One of the best parks we have ever been to, certainly the most friendly. Great work and keep it up. I hope to go back soon again.
