its always good to get a bit of fitness in your day for me I play golf and walk to work so that's my cardio done when I go to the gym its just getting lean and toning up and if you get the right receptioness you can have a joke with them

Two squat racks, at least 3 flat benchs and a deadlift platform with a jack. Plenty of machines and dumbbells too.

Nice gym with a lot of amenities but quite busy both car park and gym itself.

Friendly staff that are really helpful. Hardly any waiting times for machines even during the busy times. My partner and I wanted to join and one of the ladies on reception gave us free passes until the cheaper promotion came on. A really encouraging environment which is hard to find at a gym.
