The process of equipment hire at Kennards was very simple. Product search and pricing was readily available online. Collection was easy, staff even helped carry items to my car and gave good advice on equipment use. The return process was equally as simple with staff again eager to assist where required. My questions on other equipment while in-store were answered enthusiastically and informatively.
Awesome experience. Every single staff member was so polite, welcoming, helpful and happy. Genuinely happy to help their customers. To have so many in one organisation/store is rare to find these days. They all looked like they really enjoyed what they were doing and where they were.nA very organised place. Everything and everyone worked so well together, from booking over the phone, to picking up and dropping off. I couldn't find one fault in my experience. The equipment quality and pricing was excellent. I would highly recommend as usual, and look forward to when I need to use their hire equipment again.
Great service from the initial phone call through to pick up and return. It was a pleasant experience hiring from Kennards Mackay. I’m just a casual hirer and I get treated well regardless.
Cannot fault the service, equipment performance or down to earth people running this hire business. I’ve been using their services for 30 years as a builder in Mackay so that’s saying something. Good job guys!
