I've said it all in rating it one star! The food is not great and the chips are soggy. The service was "jolly" but that won't bring people back sadly.

Avoid this place.  If it were situated in town, this place simply wouldn't survive.  The food is... insipid.  We had a bowl of fries which were somehow cook so as to render them tasteless, a scone which had the flavour and consistency of partially cured concrete and a chocolate milk shake which was so sweet it made my brain hiss and yet lacked any discernible chocolate flavour.  They forgot the shake, and I almost wish I hadn't reminded them because I'm pretty sure I came close to developing diabetes just from being in its presence.  
Foul.  Avoid.
