Kaya is a sanctuary where you will be warmly welcomed and feel immediately relaxed by our ambient environment.

We specialise in Pilates Group Reformer, Authentic Yoga and Fitness Classes with a handpicked team of experienced and dedicated instructors.

Kaya is an amazing space that is good value if you love Pilates and yoga. A focus on reformer Pilates, with a beautiful yoga studio plus gym equipment, barre and boxing classes. Staff are also very helpful

The instructors and staff are so warm and welcoming. A very peaceful place to exercise and relax your mind. Highly recommend!!!

Could not recommend Kaya Health Clubs more strongly. Not only do they provide fantastic classes with flexible timetables but they have also built and supported an amazing community through COVID -  providing zoom classes, YouTube videos, advice and inspiration through this tricky time. Thank you Kaya Health Clubs!
