Started going to AYA early Feb 22 and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Let me tell you why I like it: the variety in teaching styles and techniques will expose you to many Yoga methods each focusing differently on core, flexibility and balance. The clean and thoughtful studio/ amenities make each visit a pleasure. The teachers are great and many. Highly recommend AYA.

AYA has given me the opportunity to go on a marvelous journey, beginning as a casual student to now being a dedicated and full-time member. I have also completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training along with 80 hours of Meditation Teacher Training. The journey which I never thought I would take has been organic, every changing and fun with the help and support of AYA’s amazing teachers, lectures, and owners. They have turned ‘trying to stay flexible’ into what has become a lifelong passion. I will always be eternally grateful for all the guidance, motivation, and support. I am still gaining new knowledge from every class I attend at AYA. I hope to complete further studies at AYA in the future.

I love that AYA is offering a virtual a class where I can practice from home. I also, have trust in the teachers here. As an AYA Student myself, Though I finished my 200 hours, I still keep learning and practicing from the teacher regularly twice a week. Plus, it is nice to not plan your own sequence and just turn up to have amazing teachers here who guide me with their Authentic sequence.
