At this moment I got no experience I have to go there on Saturday morning at nine clock, I never been There before.

Every staff member at Opal has been absolutely fantastic in both caring for Dad, and our family, through what has been a difficult time.  Their quality cannot be overstated. Thank you.

Some staff are rude and unprofessional and expect agency staff to work more than what they are supposed to because they get paid more. Absolutely ridiculous. One of the worst Aged care I’ve been to. I notified my Agency not to send me the shifts from this Aged Care.

My Dad Graham Boatwright has been very well cared for and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

I would like to thank all at Opal Kawana for taking great care with my father.nHe was having a hard time dealing with dementia but nothing was too hard for the great staff looking after him till the end.nMany Thanks
