Centrepoint Motel offers affordable accommodation in Kawakawa, only 15 minutes drive from Paihia.

Our motel accommodation includes 3 new modern 2-bedroom units (sleep 6), 1 new spacious studio unit, 3 fully refurbished studios with new kitchens and bathrooms (2006) and 7 standard ground-floor units.

This is an ideal location for exploring the Bay of Islands including Paihia, Kerikeri, Opua and Russell. Local activities include steam train rides, the Kawhiti glowworm caves, quad bikes and horse riding.

No visit to Kawakawa is complete without a visit to the world famous Hundertwasser toilets - walking distance from the Centrepoint Motel.

Make a day trip to Opononi (Hokianga Harbour) and Waipoua Forest, Ngawha Springs, Doubtless Bay or Cape Reinga during your stay. Tours can be arranged.

What a beautiful room at a central location. Clean, warm and very spacious. Easy parking outside the room. Reasonably priced. Thank-you for a place to have well needed rest from a long travel. Highly recommend.
Clean tidy friendly atmosphere injoyed our stay. .
Great stay. Concern for road noise was overcome by double glazing.Was not a problem. Unit 4 recently upgraded and in excellent condition. Shower best ever experienced. Will save my next shower until I return and I will be able to waterblast myself clean.nSome front units still need upgrading and road noise will be a problem so make sure you ask.
Fairly good sized and roomy. two room four beds and big lounge...and not musty smell so fairly good. No noise and clean...recommended cheers.
I needed a room after my husband suffered a medical emergency at Kerikeri airport. The owner was very welcoming, helpful and allowed me to leave my bag there until the taxi picked us up to take us back to the airport after 2 nights. The room was very clean, the shower was great and if in Kawakawa again we would certainly stay there.
