I had my hair hacked by Kate on Thursday 21 September 2017. I only wanted a trim and I specifically said not to concave it at the back and that is exactly what Kate did and then she wanted me to leave the salon with frizzy hair despite me coming into the salon with straight hair. Kate is a terrible hairdresser who doesn't listen to client's requirements! Even my neighbour who goes to the salon said my hair looked better before the cut! And then she said "well you won't be back!" I only wanted a TRIM! Kate is the worst hairdresser I have ever been to in my life!
