Purchased a $100 jacket. Once home I found there was a hole in it. Tried phoning, no answer. Tried texting, No reply. Went back into store. Assistant straight away said it was a faulty item. I wanted to exchange it for another but they did not have my size. Sorry I can offer store credit only. Really???? It’s a faulty product. I asked if they could search on their computer to see what stores had my size. Sorry, we can’t do that. Really???? I was told Watergardens is closing down so try Broadmeadows. I drove to Broadmeadows only to find the store had closed down years ago. Now I’m really annoyed. I phoned Watergardens and a lovely lady answered. They had my size. I explained what had happened. They held the item for me till later that day. Watergardens told me I should have got a refund, I was also told and shown which stores had stock. SHAME on you Sue from Katie’s, Airport West.

Katies Airport West' service mmm not sure....not pleasant...slow...had a $20 voucher sent to me, just recieved it this wk, get told its expired,cant use it...was quite shocked with the bluntness...my role i would honor it in this situstion..nope wouldnt budge....no service in fitting rooms , basically self serve....wouldnt rush back there...
