Utterly useless pharmacy these days. Definitely not run as well as when Sarah was there. Rude and incompetent staff that don't listen to patients and do what convenient for them over a patients request. Thank God we have a new shopping centre opening in the next year or 2, fingers crossed they have a decent pharmacy!

Went there yesterday to talk to the pharmacist about a rash on my wife's feet.  My wife could not attend so I had photos of the condition.  The pharmacist knew exactly what caused the rash and suggested a cream.  After a week beforehand of almost unbearable pain, last night and today the rash is going and her pain is almost gone.  Fantastic.

Very very rude staff. I admit I was late by 14 mins after closing. Just needed to grab the prescription I handed on morning. The staff threatened me to call security though I was just trying to speak. Was it so hard just to speak to a non-threatening customer??  Totally frustrating

Visited recently, had a quick browse while coworker picked up a script. I noticed some makeup on sale, a bargain at $10 per item. I didn't have time to go through them but had commented that I would return the next day to a staff member at the register. I returned the next morning, only to see a new, freshly printed sign saying items were now 50% off. Enquired about it to staff and told with a shrug "yeah, sorry."

Thank you so much specially for the staff who was working last Friday evening. You guys are the true definition of humanity once again thank you so much.

Staff are always happy and helpful. Very Welcoming

Staff are rude. Closed 10 minutes before stated closing time and it was such a big effort to open back up for paying customers.

Seriously in need of customer service training. Disinterested team members who just don't seem to care.
