They don't follow the outlined refund policy even though there is a sign stuck in the customers eye-line at the counter that clearly stipulates the terms and conditions. I had some make up goods that were unwanted gifts and returned them within 5 days which is well within the policy guidelines, however they tried to force me into an exchange of goods which I didn't want. In the end the only way I could sort of get my money back was onto a CW gift card. I will definitely not be back here.

Good pharmacy. Friendly staff. Limited parking facility at the front but there are more parking space at the back of the building.

The best shop ever. Never get bored to go shopping there. Staff are very friendly.

Like all other Chemist Warehouse stores. Well laid out and plenty of bargains to be found. I recommend using their website to search for items and then locate them in the store via the signage showing where each brand is located.

Been getting all my daughter medication here but the last medication we get from here, new one, the put there own instructions saying give till all used, we get the next one from other chemist and they only give ten days and we have to discard the rest as it says in the bottle 
So not happy and wondering who's doing the right thing.
