Chemist Warehouse offers a great range of products at affordable prices. The staff are helpful, and there are always good deals available. It can get crowded at times, but overall, it's a convenient place to shop for health and beauty essentials.

If I could give 0 stars I would,  the humiliation and the nerve of the pharmacist who would not issue my e-scripts even though they were issued today by the same drs for both medications previously dispensed and also showing the Dr called me prior to issuing the script after hours and for them not dispense my medication is disgusting . I believe my Dr's are more informed AND qualified than a pharmacist I will also be making a formal complaint  to head office

Not happy with the service. The pharmacist on duty can’t even suggest the best medicine for a dry couch. Very unprofessional. Need to train the pharmacist more on customer service as one always sticks to the computer and don’t care about the customer waiting, as other have no idea on general medicines.nVery very bad service.

Placing a waiting chair 1 metre from the prescriptions drop off is extremely insensitive and a gross breach of confidentiality. Come on chemist warehouse, this should be a no brainer...keep the waiting chairs separate from an area where very personal information is being shared.

We shop there regularly but no more.nMy elderly husband needed to use the toilet to pee urgently. He was refused access and told to go next door to McDonalds. We stressed he couldn’t wait that long.We went outside and he unfortunately had to relieve himself up against the wall at the back of the building. Where’s the humanity in that. We all get old, the bodily functions don’t always wait.
