poor experience. Had a set of tyres fitted to new wheels which started vibrating lots. They took the car back quickly to fix it and balanced them again. Noticed my dash cam had been unplugged and went through the videos and found one of the staff members unplugging it before taking it for a test drive. Tyres still vibrate at 80-100 km/hr. will need to take it somewhere else

Driver of one of your vehicles ran a red light and almost killed a pedestrian this morning.

Service was good and well priced, my issue was I had a groupon bought for me as a Christmas gift, was not honored at payment, while other people I know had no issue. Violates the consumer law regarding vouchers. They were unwilling to make amends, and when caught in their lie, stopped replying to my emails. If you're a smaller woman, do not recommend, they will take advantageService:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

So I purchased an online discount voucher and went to Karworx Collingwood for major service. There are two staff working at this facility and promptly attend me without making me wait. The place does not seem to be overly busy. The two staff seem to be knowledgeable and don't try to trick you to get expensive work done. Not much space there to wait while your car is being serviced. Finding a parking spot outside the workshop could be tricky. Got my car serviced promptly so happy about that. Public transport available in about 10 minutes walking from the shop. Proper work done bill provided with log book entry and option to comeback to fix if anything feels odd or needs rework. Good experience overall. Will go there again for regular/ casual car service.

I got my Mercedes towed here when it stopped on my way to work in the city. The Karworx team was amazing. They organised the tow for me, fixed my car fast and even offered me a loan car in the meantime. The service was great and at a good price. Strongly recommend.

Its a rip off place. The bill will never be below $500 even if you go to get the light bulb change... they will fake a lot more work then what you can imagine. I gave my car for servicing thinking it doesn't need anything and they came back with $1000 bill. the best was, guy asked me to change the transmission oil which i changed less then 1000 km before and yeah my car performance gone worst after the service.
