Highly recommended hospital. I had surgery a few days ago. The doctors and all the medical staff in the Cook Ward provided amazing service, professional care, and made me feel so relaxed. The rooms were great, clean and fantastic food. A big thank you.
Went in yesterday to remove the hardware in my foot after a bad injury. Overall the experience was good, everyone was nice, polite and professional. The day surgery unit nurse Mel looked after me the whole day. She was extremely professional, caring and compassionate even though I was feeling unwell after the surgery due to the general anaesthetic. Thank you for your care and keep up the good work Mel!
As a rural patient following a knee replacement at St George private hospital & prearranged transfer to Kareena residential rehab the quality of care coordinated by Drs Mehta & Rianto between the physiotherapy team, so many including Julie, Caroline & Adrianna & nursing staff is superior. Everything at Kareena is of the highest standard from the front desk to all the caring nursing staff , so many but I'll mention Nicole, Jenny, Lauren,Sanya, Abdul & Talia through to the domestic & catering staff who had little chats. I am indebted to the high quality of care & being proactive in ensuring the best outcome in my recovery to regain rehabilitation goals for mobility & independence.nWith appreciation, thankyou Sue Morsillo
5-7/12/22 Rooms Clean & Tidy & the Nursing Staff were all wonderful, helpful extremely caring & very professional!nI was provided with all that i needed I felt really looked after in recovery & the days whiles I stayed there.nJust wanted to say a huge thank you to all the nurses & everyone there.. Very nice rooms and people always so helpful.nMy only complaint would be the one nurse who kept insisting i take pain killers The other nurses were completely fine with it I dont want any I said, yet, he shows up with a cup of drugs and tells me theyre not the BIG ones, the ones that require supervision, but they were and he did. When I questioned him he said if your pain limits the stretching device you'ere about to use, then the doctors won't like that.. So I thought okay, I guess everyone else is doing it and I don't want to screw people over... I never had pain anyway even without the silly drugs, despise medicine. I hate medicines and find that unless I absolutely need them life or death sure, and I am very dissapointed that my wishes were not respected enough to the extent he twiseted his words cleverly to make it seem I was just taking weak pills.
