I Visited today. Karpal & Kathy were Both Absolutely Fantastic, Friendly, Humourous, Product Knowledged, Professional. They are Personally Tracking a Parcel for me & Will Phone me tomorrow/Or may deliver to me @ My Home. Thanks to You Both, Staff & Whanau.
Most unhelpful post shop, couldn't spare one inch of sellotape to secure a loose package before I could send it. Won't be back, you'll probably say good riddance, that suits me fine.
Always friendly service but..... If I sent a parcel at 11am and pay for tracking and overnight service you don't expect it to only leave the shop 27hrs later!!!!
Don't rate this post shop at all - why? Well how about you change the opening hours on your website from 8:30 am to your new hours 9 am and stop causing people to arrive at 8:30am only to find they have to go away and come back at 9am and waste half an hour of everyone's time. Going for a coffee doesn't work either as it only takes 10 minutes for a cuppa - its really annoying
