The company is based in Whangarei, Northland and is managed by three directors , supported by architects, architectural graduates, architectural technicians, and administration staff.

Architects h+k's past and current client base includes Government departments, state owned enterprises, local authorities, hospital boards, school boards and other industrial and commercial organisations, while also providing an extensive service in residential architecture.
