PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX YOUR MACHINES SO THEY TAKE THE TOKENS WITHOUT SPITTING THEM OUT A MILLION TIMES!!! I have come to use your machines many times, and they have never been this bad!
It’s ok besides the tokens not accepting in most the machines a bit of a Hoha got out $20 dollars worth managed to use 4 tokens then had to get out another $10 dollars worth for the dryer to accept my tokens very frustrating
Did't get to use the washing machine as the machine, didn't spit out the tokens to put in washing machine - which was frustrating. Once I found a 0800 number n the lady explained the possible cause and refunded the money I put in the machine, I was pleased about that. Hence the 3 star rating. Thank you for the reimbursement
Purchased $34 of credits and can't use 6 of the tokens. Also, if call the contact us after 430pm, it asks you to leave a message, but then ends the call.
What a rip-off place!!! Both Eftpos machines broken, doesn't accept notes because it's jammed and the washing machine eats tokens without doing anything. Wasted plenty of time and money this morning and when you ring the hotline, nobody answers. You call that customer service?!?!?
