I asked JAE Carpet services to eliminate a wasp nest for me. They scheduled me in for a Wednesday but never showed up. I called and asked them where he was and they said there was a mix up with the bookings and applogised. So they booked me in for the following day. The chap came on time this time and dealt with the problem. Then I received a call from the office telling me there was no charge for the job. Well done to JAE for making this right and giving me an excellent customer experience despite the mix up. I have also used this company for carpet cleaning and have had an excellent experience each time.

Dropped my carpet more than a week ago and they didn't have anyone to clean it. But they told me it will be done in a week time. Not very reliable and not good customer follow up.
