I made some shopping from there today 19/06/2026 at 4:30pm, there is good variety, but one of the worker answers some of the questions and advice weirdly and sarcastically.nFirst we went there for ulker chocolate bar we saw before, that worker said they don't sell Ulker I said I saw here before she said not anymore. Then I thought she was chatting friendly than I said you guys should bring Sariyer Cola she said I should go to Turkiye every 6 months have Sariyer Cola in Turkiye.nnI think she has to learn how to talk with customers.nnIf I need to go Turkiye every 6 months to get some tastes from Turkiye, why Kahvecioglu bring those Turkish foods from Turkiye.nnThat's the Kahvecioglu business purpose. Sell Turkish food and brand here in Australia, right?
Knowing that the store closed at 5 p.m., we quickly went in around 4:30 p.m. to buy a product. Inside, there was a blonde woman with glasses cleaning the floor, but we didn’t notice and accidentally stepped on it. We immediately said “sorry.” However, she gave us an unpleasant facial expression. As we were leaving, we said, “Have a nice day, and sorry again for the floor,” but she didn’t respond and rolled her eyes instead.
I am a bit surprised to see all the negative reviews posted here. While some are completely irrational such as 'selling products from occupied lands' and should not be taken seriously, they still impact the reputation of the store. I have been shopping here on and off for a while now and the managers have been anything but rude. They always politely answered my questions about the products and have been helpful. As per expired products; so far, I have come across a product on the shelf past due date only once and there was a notice posted stating that it is past due date and hence, a huge discount. To me, this is a clear sign of honesty towards the Customer.nAnyway, I don't usually post reviews but felt I should, as I don't think the negative reviews do any justice.
I've been stopping at Kahvecioglu since it was established in the Northern suburbs. The customer service is always on point and they go above and beyond to assist with your product choice. Their Turkish product range is second to none and they also have plenty of local supplier product.
