Knowing that the store closed at 5 p.m., we quickly went in around 4:30 p.m. to buy a product. Inside, there was a blonde woman with glasses cleaning the floor, but we didn’t notice and accidentally stepped on it. We immediately said “sorry.” However, she gave us an unpleasant facial expression. As we were leaving, we said, “Have a nice day, and sorry again for the floor,” but she didn’t respond and rolled her eyes instead.
I am a bit surprised to see all the negative reviews posted here. While some are completely irrational such as 'selling products from occupied lands' and should not be taken seriously, they still impact the reputation of the store. I have been shopping here on and off for a while now and the managers have been anything but rude. They always politely answered my questions about the products and have been helpful. As per expired products; so far, I have come across a product on the shelf past due date only once and there was a notice posted stating that it is past due date and hence, a huge discount. To me, this is a clear sign of honesty towards the Customer.nAnyway, I don't usually post reviews but felt I should, as I don't think the negative reviews do any justice.
I've been stopping at Kahvecioglu since it was established in the Northern suburbs. The customer service is always on point and they go above and beyond to assist with your product choice. Their Turkish product range is second to none and they also have plenty of local supplier product.
Always good value, great customer service and heaps of parking on site. I have been coming here for years. They sell produce mainly from Turkey and also local Turkish groceries. They have many items available in bulk. Well worth a visit here and a great go to store for absolutely everything. A+
Great one stop shop for all your necessities. From pantry staples, deli goods, to your frozen goods.nOh, and can't forget to mention their in-store cafe, with topnotch coffee and specialty Turkish pastries
