Visited every morning for five weeks to find that I'd been over charged $2.20 every morning. Barista, an utterly miserable Asian gentleman, lacking in any social skills whatsoever, could not have cared less. The manager then tried to pretend that the $7.20 for coffee and toast has "just been introduced" - why did you charge me that three weeks ago ? Barista refuses to speak and on one occasion at 7am kept me waiting for a full five minutes whilst he updated the blackboard - and then failed to even apologise. Worst service I've experienced in many a year. Many better places around. Avoid. I certainly won't return

Pretty good if you need a quick and decent eat, but the coffee is very hit and miss. Busy, but lots of seating options, and the staff tend to be very good, if not quote enthusiastic.

OK place for a simple lunch A fairly spacious seating area is the good point for this cafe. The food is just OK. Bain Marie dishes eg chicken penne in thin creamy sauce are a bit uninspired. Usual range of toasted sandwiches and drinks.

Horrible customer service. The lady behind the counter wrongly took my order and it took lot of time just to make the latte. I ordered a small latte, she charged me for the large latte and served a small cappuccino. I have been there on the way to office and wasted my 15 min. Not at all recommending this place.

Please don't support that place!!!! The manager calls up girls to come for trial shifts just to let them clean the restaurant for free and then he doesn't hire them, even if they did a great job. He even calls up girls to come for a second trial shift and he still doesn't pay a cent for the trial but he lets them clean the whole restaurant/cafe. WHAT IS EVEN WAY WORSE: I HEARD HE TRIED TO RAPE A FEW GIRLS AT THE END OF THEIR TRIAL SHIFT WHEN THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY AND THEY WERE ALONE!!!! The girls were Swedish and it happened more that once! I was writing with them on Facebook after i was invited for a trial at KAEFEI. I wanted to research my future place of employment and found all the bad reviews on Facebook and Google. I believe that what the girls said is 100% true, especially after i met him I really had a super creepy feeling and talked to his staff!

Very friendly staff. Clean a d comfortable. I go there for breakfast good value and quick service.

I've heard 2 stories from girls who've been there on trial and things weren't at all that pleasant for them to say the least. Quiet the contrary. HINT!! For real, don't support this place!

Its on william street in city with adequate seatinv capacity. Does not have wheelchair access. And no parents room either. But food is good.

Good food. Good value. Huge glass of red that I couldn't finish. I had Vegetarian pasta. Yum.
