Avoid this practice. Prior to visiting this dentist, I had never had a filling in my life. I brush and floss every day. I was advised to get fillings on extremely minor cavities that I have since found out were unnecessary. A very expensive lesson, don't make the mistake I did and go elsewhere. There are many other excellent dentists around Melbourne and I suggest you go to one of them.

I made an appointment for yesterday for my daughter's braces. 2h before the appointment, it was cancelled from the clinic. It would be nice the same 24h cancellation policy applied to them as well. Then I changed my appointment for today with the reception over the phone. When we arrived, I was told they didn't have any record of us in for today. Plus, the doctor was not even in duty today. We had to schedule for the 3rd time! Their customer service and system needs serious upgrading.

I have been going to K1 Dental for over 5 years, recently I had to embark on a root canal. To say I was scared was an understatement. Dr Adam Evans was so gentle during the procedure and the team at K1 are fantastic. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist.
