Would like to give zero stars, miserable unhelpful and frankly rude member of staff.  Made to feel that we did not have enough money  to be in the store as we were casually dressed.  Better hope they don't make commission, as we were there to make a significant purchase, due to her attitude instead went a few doors down to the next jewellers, treated with respect and made our purchase there. Believe all these reviews, we didn't and now we're leaving one ourselves

Terrible! Not only are they the rudest people I have ever met and have no idea what customer service is. I am sure they have been ripping me off with dodgy batteries for the last 3 years. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time and now have learnt me lesson. They also trade under "Le Cadeau ".

Very disappointed when I had purchased quite a few pieces and sent customers through on many occasions but didn't trust me when I said the piece was faulty and charged for a repair. You've lost perhaps  not a wealthy but a loyal  customer of over 15 or more years!

After being a loyal customer for many years they don't care, they ripped me off by charging me twice for the my repairs. Disgusting. Will never shop their again. Dont trust them. I was so upset. So unprofessional and zero customer service.
