Really strange how the changing rooms don't cater for mothers with babies or disabled people. I mentioned it to the staff and she said she had brought it up with the head office but they didn't seem concerned.  Another time I was returning clothes I brought online and the girl was really rude and seemed annoyed I had brought online and not in store...but not sure how you can expect that when, like I mentioned before, the changing rooms don't cater for mothers....

Worst customer service ever. Completely ignored by two girls chatting at the counter, even while we were standing waiting for their attention. Ended up leaving the clothes and walking out! So strange and inappropriate.

Unhelpful staff!!  I contacted the Online team with the exact same information on my faulty product PLUS photos and was offered a refund or replacement item - very happy thank you Will never visit NP store again as they don’t know what they’re talking about!!

Alison was REALLY rude.

Nice collection and staff was really friendly even though I went in 10 mins before closing
