Booked online and went to the place for 10pm session. They said they won’t be able to use private health insurance as the massage therapist doesn’t have provider number. Travelled about 30 minutes to get remedial massage but the receptionist wasn’t helpful and able to accomodate for even at 11am or even 12pm. Blatantly said if you go ahead with the session- Private health insurance won’t be able to pay benefits. Poor from such a high rated place.

Always excellent service and able to secure appointments when it suits me at short notice. The Remedial massage is amazing and the ladies certainly are well trained and know how the muscles and body works. They have always sorted out any issues I have had either over 1 or 3 appointments . I highly recommend these ladies at Jun Lin and are the best I've been to. Rosny Bay field Street  have about 5 stairs up,  other stores have a lot of stairs which I struggle with. So need to be mindful of that. Thank you great service

Thanks for a great massage. This place has private rooms and with fresh clean towels. It is very comfortable. My experience was very good and the therapist had great massage skills. It's a very clean and respectable place. There's plenty of optional extras such as spa, salt room, just look at the pictures. I find this place much more relaxed with better skilled staff than the nearby shopping centre offerings. I will be back!

I have been to Jun Lin Rosny in terms of shoulders issue and I enjoy very professional massage also get rid of my pain. It is located in the very quiet and peaceful place. The therapist is very nice and friendly. I love atmosphere and everything there. The therapist said they also have sauna and spa service which make u more relaxing.

Disappointing. My massage was just ok. The room was quite cold. My therapist didn’t introduce herself. I asked for a ‘fairly firm’ massage and it felt pretty light to me - perhaps my therapist was not very experienced? I felt herded in and then herded out. No personalisation. After spending $95 and an hour being massaged I should come out floating. Instead I came out cold. I’ll go elsewhere next time.

Amazing massage. The best I have had so far.

I had neck pain last week so I have visited the place , but the therapist hardly spare much time to massage my neck even I was keeping ask her to, she just rub my upper body most of the time,  not felt the massage treatment helped me after the visit, definitly not worth the value of money.
