Disgusting and Shocking! We employed this company to provide full custom sheepskins to our Honda CRV front and rear. The owner Lyn offered to provide a fitting service at my property for a fee. Lyn telephoned me and advised the day prior to coming that she would require my assistance throughout fitting the sheepskins. I thought this to be quite unprofessional considering we were paying close to $3000 dollars for the sheepskins and fitting service. I have had four vehicles with full custom sheepskins with a previous company that is no longer operational so I searched long and hard to find another company. Lyn advised she would provide superior quality full sheepskins to my vehicle front and back. After fitting them I went out to inspect prior to paying. The back sheepskins were appalling, they did not fit the seats, they were not full sheepskins as promised, there were inserts, tears and parts of the seats were not covered. When confronted Lyn advised she was not happy with them either yet she was quite prepared to accept payment and walk away. Now Lyn has advised the rear will not be full custom sheepskins and will not refund my money paid. The service and sheepskins provided have been less than satisfactory we are so very disappointed with what has happened and been left no choice but to proceed with court action. Based on my experience my advice to any consumers looking for a company to make them custom sheepskins, look elsewhere. The dishonesty we have experienced and the fact we were completely mislead was very disappointing and now another company has offered to supply what Lyn and her business Jumbuck Sheepkins promised but did not deliver.Under Consumer Law all Queenslanders are protected from this sort of misleading consumer products thank Goodness.... Dont let this happen to you. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS WE HAD A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE AND OWNER LYN HAS REFUSED A REFUND WHICH UNDER CONSUMER LAW IS REQUIRED, SHE PRODUCED POORLY MADE CUSTOM SHEEPSKINS OFFERED TO RECTIFY THEM THEN REFUSED AND WILL NOT REFUND US OR PROVIDE THE OTHER HALF OF THE ORDER. REGRET BIG TIME DEALING WITH THIS BUSINESS FOR SOMETHING WE HAVE HAD ANOTHER BUSINESS PROVIDE 4 TIMES WITH BEAUTIFUL RESULTS... WELL IT HAS BEEN WEEKS AND WEEKS AND THE ONLY RESPONSE WAS I WILL NOT HELP YOU OR REFUND YOUR MONEY WHICH IS APPALLING SO WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO SEEK ANOTHER COMPANY TO SUPPLY THE SHEEPSKINS LYN FITTED TO OUR CAR THAT WERE RIPPED AND THE WORKMANSHIP WAS DISGUSTINGLY AMATEUR..... JOHN FROM WILD RAMS SHEEPSKINS ON THE GOLD COAST CAME TO THE RESCUE AND SUPPLIED THE MOST BEAUTIFUL FITTED SHEEPSKINS AND WE ARE SUPER HAPPY. HIS WORKMANSHIP IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT AND THE SERVICE HE PROVIDED COMING TO OUR HOME WITH THE SHEEPSKINS AND FITTING THEM WAS NOTHING LESS THAN OUTSTANDING..... PLEASE USE WILD RAM SHEEPSKINS IF YOU WANT PERFECTION AND IT IS MONEY WELL WORTH IT... OUR BIGGEST REGRET IS WE NOW HAVE BEAUTIFUL CRAFTED PERFECT CUSTOM SHEEPSKINS ON THE BACK FROM WILD RAM AND THE FRONT DONE BY LYN AT JUMBUCKS WHICH ARENT EVEN 1000 TH OF THE WORKMANSHIP AS WILD RAMS ARE...... AND SHE WILL NOT RETURN OUR MONEY SO WE CAN GO THROUGH A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND GET WHAT WE ASKED FOR AND PAID FOR.. SHAME LYN SHAME..... PERHAPS SHE SHOULD LEARN FROM THE PROFESSIONALS AT WILD RAM.....
