While analyzing why my Audi had trouble starting, the owner fried my starter motor (smoke was coming from the bonnet). Needless to say he never got back to me with a quote... save your money, and find another specialist that knows what they are doing!

They've serviced my 2013 BMWi for years after I was recommended to them from friends with other European car makes. Brilliant mechanic. Not the cheapest but very reliable with Excellent service.

Thomas the owner is a rip-off merchant and is cold, rude and has no people skills at all. Do not ever let him touch your European car. I'm surprised that this man is still in business - no one likes him for a reason !!

Worst experience ever!!! Went there because we had a problem with our Starter. Thomas said would trie to fix it but if it wasnt possible he would put a new starter in it. He said worst case $800. After 1 week we received the car back (he "fixed" it) and we paid $600. After 7weeks the car had the same problem again. I explained and had to argue with his daughter about an appointment (hello? you guys made a mistake) anyways we brought them the car and after 1 day (we had to pay for a taxi abviously to go back home) he told us to pick it up! His daughter again with an attitude on the phone. We arrived home andi after 1 hour i tried to turn on the car again and we had the same problem!!! Car didnt turn on!! So basicly he had the cae AGAIN and we had to pay for a cap and he didnt even do anything to the car!!! We had to bring it back to him...He refused a Refund and said he would put a new starter in. Thomas and his Daughter very rude ...that is so unprofessional because they messed it up!!! So he put a new starter in (took him more than 1 week) and we had to pay extra $600 for that again!! On the Invoice they did not even write that it is a new starter (so it is probably not even a new one). We asked to please change it on the invoice so they told us to come back the next day to pick up a new "correct" invoice.....My husband went back the next day...They were both annoied when my husband arrived did not even say hello...Thomas just wrote something with new on the invoice..(.you can not even read what he wrote.This is the worst experience i have ever made!! VERY BAD!!!!!

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews earlier!! They RIPPED me off (they told me a completely different prize in the beginning) Thomas and his daughter are rude and unprofessional!!! This is unbeliefable!! There are sooo many more Mechanics in Noosa (even for European Cars) Watch out People!!!
