We engaged Jones Mitchell Lawyers with regard to a complex family matter.  I could not have asked for better service from the very first time I met with Dan Bottrell. Property settlement is a very hard thing to accomplish quickly, however Dan Bottrell and his team came up with the most amicable ending for myself and my former partner in a quick professional manner. The correspondence between myself and Jones Mitchell Lawyers was always performed quickly. I would recommend this firm to anyone that requires a fair outcome to all matters.

After my international marriage broke down, I went through very hard times with property settlement. As I was living in Japan, it was very important to find the right lawyer who understand my situation, and adequately handle my concerns. I have been working with Rick Jones, Dan Bottrell and the team at Jones Mitchell Lawyers for about four years now. They are truly the most professional, respectful, kind and clever team. Although I work with them in professional capacity, they are certainly the type of team I would like to handle my family law needs. I would highly recommend them.

No one would choose to go through an emotional, difficult and drawn out legal battle with a person they once loved. It is a time consuming, stressful process that is hard on everyone, especially the children. 

My case involved child custody issues and eventually Parental Orders, Spousal Maintenance and property settlement. It was a long case and I was so grateful that I had the brilliant Dan Bottrell as my Lawyer and the team of Jones Mitchell Lawyers and staff on my side. Dan was confident, efficient and extremely knowledgeable in resolving complex financial cases. 

Over a four year period I can honestly say that Dan and the staff at Jones Mitchell were my support team. They were there every step of the way, ready to pick me up, dust me off and set me on the right path again.  Family law is very complicated and somewhat emotional so its important to have someone like Dan who is trustworthy, understands, knows the law, is very sensible and has a great sense of humour to lighten the mood when things get to serious.

If it wasn't for Dan Bottrell, my children and I would still be battling through with a very uncertain future. I can't thank Dan and team at Jones Mitchell enough for their services and would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. Please, do yourself a favour and seek the services of Dan Bottrell and the team at Jones Mitchell. You really will not find a better team to not only represent you but to support you through a very difficult and emotional time.
