Thank you for arranging for us to have sympathy flowers sent to our extended family on the other side of the world! contacted The Florist, Oamaru via e-mail, they responded first thing in the morning and arranged and delivered the flowers the very same day, thanks to Leigh for being so helpful and thorough. Have seen the flowers delivered and they are beautiful. Grateful thanks from Wales UK.
A single red rose was ordered, however it was not stocked so a different colour was delivered without consultation. While substitutions are acceptable and reasonable in bouquets, its not appropriate when a single 'love rose' is ordered. My cell and contact details were included in order, but no call was made to check that subsitution was ok before order fulfillment, as I would have changed order.
I purchased a bunch of flowers for my Mum's birthday this week and it was the most beautiful bunch I have seen. Thank you so much, she loved them. Sarah Denny
Hugely impressed at the efforts outlayed by Leigh today. She has gone above and beyond the role of a florist by not only picking out the finest blooms she could find but chasing my recipient all around town to make sure they were delivered in person and not left on a doorstep. EXCEPTIONAL service that money just can't buy. Couldn't recommend more highly!
