Came for lunch on a Friday, overall it was a surprisingly good experience. Lunch specials were $10.50, I had the Guinness pie which was good. Others ordered from the standard lunch menu and were happy with their choices. The $16 porterhouse steak was a winner, not only in price but also in quality. The staff were friendly and courteous. It's definitely worth visiting.

Great Pub looked after us at the festival of sails. Be back next year!

Horrible as experience I recommend that people shouldn't go here!! horrible customer service with this hotel when customer service should be high up there with there importance as they are in a very big market area of Geelong being in Ryrie St! I really didn't like the owners big ego an the way he treated us whilst we were there was overally rude like we owed him something which really we are giving him his business! Won't be going back there again for a very long time unless they may change the attitude an change owners!! The only good thing about the hotel is the lovely lady that was the only nice staff member at the venue!
