Johns Lyng have been amazing! This is the second time they have handled an insurance job for us, and both times we have been incredibly impressed. Great communication, always helpful and friendly on the phone too. And they organise tradies with fantastic reliability. I honestly couldn't speak highly enough of them.
Every dealing with a representative from Johns Lyng has been totally positive. Their attention to detail, their correspondence to keep me updated with proceedings and their understanding of my situation as well as advice is flawless. Totally recommend this company for a hassle free experience to suit anyones needs
I had the most amazing experience with their joiner's, painters, plumber/gas fitters and cleaners up here on Tamborine Mountain and they deserve a 5 Million star review. Absolutely disgusted that our insurance has declined our claim which we are now escalating, due to this report stating that the damage was due to leaves. When there wasn't ANY issues with leaks in the roof with the prior rain or subsequent instances of rain that occurred that same week after this particular storm. This particular storm damaged MANY businesses roofs in our local area, so clearly it was the storm. Not to mention storms can also blow leaves onto the roof ? Which obviously is not due to anybody's negligence.. However I know for a fact my husband and FIL have been on our roof over the recent months anyway. Whats the point of having insurance if we are just constantly fighting them for anything?
