10/10 - John Lyngs did an excellent job at managing my insurance claim. A HUGE thank you to Tom and Rory.nnMy insurance company Budget passed me over to this team regarding my work to be done. I can't give 5 stars simply because the 1st assessor and inspection submitted a different house with my address on it which confused myself and Budget on what works I was claiming vs what they were receiving information wise with the assessment.nnThis SLOWED everything down by 4 months.nnAfter this was FINALLY figured out, Rory came out and did the assessment seperate to the original.nnHe took his time, did everything right and even pointed out a few water damaged patches I missed in his report.nnSo very thorough and quality control was fantastic!nnTom who managed the project was fantastic, he kept me in the loop always and sub contracted All Fix Sunshine coast who were just amazing! I could not be happier with the way the restoration has turned out and I REALLY FEEL like not only did I get my home back to normal, but the entire team took care and pride in the work.nnIf you're insurance company goes through them and you live in Qld, ask for Tom and All Fix to do the actual scope of work if they let you!nnTrust me it's worth it for the difference!nnPeople make jobs good or bad.nnAnd Tom and the team he put together with All Fix were simply outstanding! They made the job, timeframe and outcome a great experience for a 1st time home insurance claimer like myself who had no idea how any of it worked.
Very Happy thus far with Johns Lyng Group. They are informative, timely and have expert guidance and support. Chloe in the office is always happy to follow up on any clarificatiins or assistance we have required, but also the team are very respectful, understanding and proffessional trades.

They did a roof job next-door to us and took about 20 times longer than it should have, it seems they’re like to leave their scaffolding there for weeks on End and did the job very peace mealnHope our building Insurance? never choose these guys
Absolutely disgusted that our insurance has declined our claim which we are now escalating, due to this report stating that the damage was due to leaves. When there wasn't ANY issues with leaks in the roof with the prior rain or subsequent instances of rain that occurred that same week after this particular storm. This particular storm damaged MANY businesses roofs in our local area, so clearly it was the storm. Not to mention storms can also blow leaves onto the roof ? Which obviously is not due to anybody's negligence.. However I know for a fact my husband and FIL have been on our roof over the recent months anyway. Whats the point of having insurance if we are just constantly fighting them for anything?
