Ordered with one other order before us and it took 30mins to make 2 pizzas and a garlic bread. I didn't mind waiting I was in a really good mood, then when I went home to eat the pizza, then I just regretted ordering anything from there. The pizza smelled amazing when we got in the car smelled like a really well done meatlover pizza, boy was I wrong. The reason why it smelled so good was because it was drowned in BBQ sauce and it just ruined the pizza. The pepperoni I could not taste the pepperoni at all I could taste was the cheese, I did ask for not hot sauce on it but that still would not have made a difference. I was really disappointed because I been looking at pizza shops in the area for over an hour and this is what I get. A disappointment of two pizzas. :
Order though menu log Driver turns up without garlic bread or 2 x chocolate mousse. Virtually no topping on pizza worse than dominos. Drive to the shop and have pizza remade and pick up missing items. The driver then gives my new pizza to another customer then running out to there car to get it back to give to me. The pizza was under cooked and soggy and not worth eating. Then get my frozen chocolate mousse out of the freezer guess I won't be able to eat that tonight. The only good thing from the show was the garlic bread. I would expect this service and quality from dominos but not this place. Avoid this store so many more great pizza shops out there.
Bought 4 pizzas tonight from Bayswater north 2 were inedible as we’re not cooked the dough was not cooked. Think the worst pizza I have ever had. Will be changing where I buy. First time I have felt the need to do a review like this
Amasing pizza, so we were all drink and decided to order pizza and seeing as we were all very drunk we couldn't pick it up they told us that it was an hour long wait for delivery but when it arrived, OMG there was so much toppings and the pizza base was perfect size not to thick not to thin better then al patinos pizza hut and dominos combined would definitely recommend worth the wait too. Best pizza i have ever had
One very rude owner who when l complained about a parmigiana not being right continued on to lambast a customer in a very nasty way because his wife cooked it. I have been a regular for years and despite some of there drivers being rude l continued to order from them. But no longer.
Pizza is mediocre compared to many others in the area as the base can be Gluggy just under the ingredients on just about all of the range except margarita. nothing like my favourite pizza in Ferntree Gully i can usually tell if pizza originated from this store by taste Ordered a spaghetti bol pasta and they didn't stir the pot so I got an extremely fatty inedible dish which I had replaced. It was then edible but nothing close to homemade. quite bland I recently returned to try the chicken and avocado pasta. They forgot to ask which pasta and gave me green feta type which I accepted as I was so hungry. I started to eat in the car and wondered if they missed the avocado and why the chicken was same very small shrivelled pieces they use on the pizza. I could not, yet again, eat this unappetizing and bland meal. I returned it and left empty handed and $10.50 down despite being offered a replacement. I was then very thankfull Woolworths was open a few doors up BREAST chicken, avocado slices, mushrooms cream and garlic. Had to make the dinner I paid for at home by myself : Highly recommend this J/B pizza if you want garlic bread.
Never had a bad pizza here. Tandoori chicken and tabasco are my favourites. All the staff could do with a bit more personality though.
Totally agree with the recent poor reviews. This business must be under new management. I have been coming here for a number of years and never had such rude service. The guy serving had such a bad attitude and looked like he was p.....d off against everyone. Made such an issue about my request to select my own account on the eftpos machine. I had told him I was paying by credit and the extra $1 had been applied so I don't see what the issue is. He was really rude and surly. He would not listen to anything I had to say and kept turning away from me. When I stated I had never had such service before, he said he had never had a customer who wanted to push the buttons themselves before and that I was weird. I said I wasn't coming back and he said good he didn't want me to. Soooo rude. I still don't know what his problem is. Do not go to this store unless it changes hands and the way they are going, it wont be long. It had always been very busy every other time I had been there but now there is very few customers. That says it all!
Drove and parked directly out front of store.... while we were watching... the 2 guys making pizza were rubbing their faces, coughing into their hands, and continued on making pizzas without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Disgusting. Wish i had recorded it and post it on facebook... Anyway.. we didn't even get out of the car. We drove elsewhere. Don't go to Johhny Boys Bayswater unless you want to get gastro
My experience was horrible, the pizza was plain and made without any sort of love, i felt dirty afterwards, would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Needs a new cook and staff seemed constantly pissed off.
