i purchased my engagement ring from Jogia and couldn't have been more happy with the results...The center stone is gorgeous, the price we paid was way below what the competition was offering something similar for and to my fiances and my total astonishment the side diamonds sparkle more than any others weve ever seen. Lovely and stunning!!! After proposing my wife to be proudly showed off her ring to her family and friends. And to ALL of our amazement we saw such a big difference in the beauty brightness and sparkle from the one Jogia sold us to others that our friends wives have on their hands. Jogia promotes their cross-fire stones which is a triple excellent hearts and arrow cut diamond ( The best of the best) and that s what we purchased but when i ordered the ring i had no idea that the side stones would be equally as sensational. To verify the authenticity of the stones and their great value i took the ring into a few local jewellers. The first one i took it into agreed that the quality of the color and clarity of the diamonds were as stated. When we compared the small side diamonds set in my ring to the ones set in theirs even the sales-person saw the huge difference and couldnt help but compliment me on the good buy and amazingly bright stones I then took the ring to another jeweller. The comments i received from them really surprised me. I went to Anthonys Jewellers in Brisbane. They carry a line of jewellery they call hearts on fire. Its a branded line of jewellery created with what they call hearts and arrow side stones. Anthonys told me they and a few other jewellers in Australia are the only ones in the world carrying this line of jewellery and that only hearts on fire cuts the small stones to triple excellent hearts and arrow cuts. They told me NO ONE else had them When i showed the sales girl the ring she was astonished at the fact that my ring contained the same cut quality diamonds as sold by their hearts on fire line....While comparing my piece to one similar to theirs it was determined that my diamonds were even brighter and even more beautiful to theirs When comparing price they showed me a similar style set with the same carat weight of side diamonds I paid $ nearly half the price of what was being offered from the hearts on fire line Needless to say i am thrilled at the service the quality of the diamonds, their beauty and the value i received from Jogia Thank you Nikhil Your diamonds are GREAT!!!! Couldn’t be happier, Jogia was amazing and helped me find a better diamond than I expected and below my budget which is rare these days. Above & beyond my expectations.

I can't recommend Nikhil and his staff enough. He helped me pick out a design that incorporated a diamond from a family heirloom that we wanted to update. Very good turn around, excellent value and exceptional service. They're a local gem!

I spent 11500 dollars on an engagement ring. when i received it was all nearly perfect except for one little diamond on the band that was yellow. They blamed me and my fiance for splashing something on the ring and that's why one of the diamonds appeared yellow and all it needs is a micro clean or something, So after sending it back for them to fix it they sent it back with the diamond still yellow, and this time the band was bent, the centre stone was offset and one of the diamonds of the halo was missing. now they blamed my fiance for damaging the ring and said they will fix all the problems wrong with it and send it back 100% fixed (after a heated argument over the phone with them). Their customer service was appalling, and finally when I received the ring back for the last time expecting everything to be perfect, admittedly they had replaced the missing diamond but the band was still slightly bent, the centre diamond was still on an angle, and that diamond on the band was still yellow. After emailing them numerous times, they sent one back to me saying they reckon everything was perfect and if I want something done, I can take them to court.
