Had a delicious steak, bacon and cheese pie from here. Highly recommended. Tender chunks of steak and nice crumbly pastry. They also have a large selection of different tarts, cakes and pies which I can't wait to try.

A hidden gem in the Moorooka area!! Got the apple turnover today and it was outstanding. Just the right level of sweetness. 

I didn't realise they do cakes. Would love to try them

I have been finding hair in my pie.. i would not have wrote this reveiw if it didnt not happen on multiple occasions.. the older ladies who works there are so great but the younger staff have no concern for manners and the young boy has taken over the baking responcibilities when it used to be an experienced older man.. the quality of service has gone downhill and its a shame they are using the same business name that has standed in moorooka for over a decade when the young staff have no classic authenticity.. coffee is poor at best..

If i was on death row and got asked what I wanted as my last meal i would ask for a steak and mushy pie, a custard tart and a strawberry milk all supplied by Jimmy Dans
