Impeccable service! I had my necklace repaired on the SAME day, 20 minutes before the store closed on the last trading day before Christmas. Furthermore, it was done at an excellent price which was completed to an impeccable standard. A lovely store with high quality, stunning jewellery. I will definitely go back as a regular customer & would recommend it all!

DO NOT GO HERE. This man has butchered a simple resize on a very expencive ring.. What’s worse, after half doing the job (and wanting $100 for the trouble..) he then says his tool couldn’t do it to begin with?! Should’ve just said he couldn’t complete the job instead of ruining my ring!! Now i have to go somewhere else and PAY to fix his incompetence and arrogance

I had a family heirloom engagement ring which needed some subtle remodelling and restoring as it was 40 years old. The jeweller at Jewels of Hawthorn did an incredible job, I absolutely love the work they did on my ring. They were reasonably priced and did the work within a few days - I would highly recommend their services!
