We purchased a new falcon TV a TCL one and it kept stalling after a full week of back and forward emails to Falcon and using chat GPT to try trouble shoot, thought it was a possible operator error. However I went back into JB HI FI and spoke with a staff member Georgia who was extremely helpful and said to bring it back as it may be a faulty TV. By the time I had returned staff had a shift change and I then dealt with Abbey. Absolutely amazing customer service and assistance from all the team I dealt with helped me load the TV into my car. If this was my business I’d be very proud of the outstanding help and customer service the team displayed. I’m very thankful for there help and supportnWill be shopping again

Went to check out new phones and were offered assistance by Nick. He knew plenty of technical details about the iphone and samsung range, cameras, pro's and con's etc.nHe explained the jb hi fi mobile network coverage and deals. Excellent service.nBusy shop with plenty of range.
Ordering online for a $30 dollar product. Thought it would be quick for the process without waiting time and searching. Unfortunately arrived the counter, the staff doesn't allow me to collect my items as I don't have physical ID. The staff made it unnecessary inconvenience. Despite my request, the staff did not offer solutions such as on-site payment as there is stock in store and online order cancellation. She requested me return trip to retrieve the product, which is impractical given the distance and the product's value. The staff's communication was also problematic, and they implied a lack of understanding. Not purchase from them any more.
Great store, Sienna and Haydn went above and beyond at the end of their shift to help me get a refund and new purchase processed before I left town, really appreciate their effort and friendly service and expertise.
