Wonderful service! We went in Boxing Day as my son had been saving for a new phone for a while now and we were served by the Super Helpful Sam. He walked my son through the different options available within his budget. He was knowledgeable and spent the extra time to discuss what he needed. He even put on his screen protector as an added bonus at the end. Very impressed!
Staff were friendly, approachable, and generous! There are not enough words that I can use to describe how helpful the staff who served me was - they were knowledgeable, provided perceptive insights about their products, and offered a range of possibilities. Highly recommend!
Rude staff had us waiting 15 minutes to be served. Then on way out security guard yelled at us for not having receipt ready, to prove we didn’t steal anything, promptly enough. Just going to drive the extra 10 minutes to casuarina next time
A person named Kyle was absolutely fantastic going above and beyond in helping me with a screen protector and phone case. Another person who I didn't get the name of was amazing in helping me with earbuds and a Bluetooth receiver.
Went in to buy a Kindle. The fellow who served me was knowledgeable and friendly and I was walking out of the store with new Kindle after about 10mins. Very good service.
Staff helped me with additional information to purchase a product. Didn't feel pressured to be up sold. When collected a few days later the staff at the collection point where helpful and assisted with loading the goods. Thanks all!
Good value but didn't have what I wanted in stock. Recommended to go online. Ended up getting what I wanted at Harvey Norman's.
It was busy but the staff were very helpful. One customer had smashed part of his computer hinge and wanted to claim it. They were so patient. I was burning just listening to his reasoning.
Staff are very friendly and have great knowledge of devices in store. Prices are fair and you can haggle a little.
Very Disappointing - I recently purchased a DJI Mavic Air 2 full Package drone which Is over 12 months but not 2 years now I went to use it for the third time ever & while changing the battery , the front arms sprung away from main plastic body , a retired technical expert how inspected it at the time , advised me that the plastic housing has gone soft / brittle When the event happened I immediately rang JB at Berrima & explained the issue to a Ritchie Ritchie advised to bring it back in , so almost a 2 hour trip later I was in at the shop a few days later Ritchie was busy & a Matty told me I would have to ring DJI , they couldn’t help After much discussion & a 45 minute overseas call while still at JB., I had to lodge a repair order on line & then wait up too 48 hours for a return correspondence DJI said on the phone they would collect the drone & controller by mail & send it their repair shop in Melbourne for examination The email received advised that as my activation date was over 12 months , that It became my problem to get it to Melbourne & it would simply become a repair charge matter This is all totally unsatisfactory , due to COVID I haven’t been able to have a holiday & this was my first break away for over a year & I wanted to use the drone to capture some Magic moments As for the JB HiFi store , Matty advised that if the drone is effected by Australian temperatures then it’s not their problem or DJI’s I keep the drone safely in my car in the shade when traveling, where else do you keep it while traveling Australia I think JB HiFi has lost my trust now & I will shop elsewhere I think in the future So much for consumer warranty , overall don’t waste your money or purchase DJI products
