I found the service by an assistant called Amy, particularly good. Being not 'tech savvy,' myself, I was impressed by the 'tech expertise,' at how my seemingly complex problem was speedily resolved. Can't speak highly enough of the service - efficient, knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Full marks!
I bought a multimeter that proffered Lifetime Warranty 20 years ago in a Brisbane Jaycar shop. I was 42.nAfter 20 years of hardwork it failed last week.nI went in to Noosa Jaycar to gently ask if warranty still applied and Raymond swapped it over for a brand new one without blinking an eye. Just wanted to share what a fantastic experience I had with the staff at Jaycar Noosaville. TREVOR went above and beyond to help me source a discontinued part for my son's RC Truggy. Massive range, staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. If items are unavailable many are able to be procured from other stores via transfer, I shop here all the time.
It is more than great that Jaycar is back in the Noosa area now .nnThats what we needed. The previous stores in Noosa and Gympie closed years ago and also in Cooroy. The size of the new store is like the size in Maroochydore.nThe only thing that bothered me a little bit, was that some iles are a bit dark. But I am pretty sure that they will fix it soon. I visited the shop on their opening day.nnI wish the new Jaycar team all the best. Stay focused on customer satisfaction. And don't forget that the customer is the most important person in the shop. You got paid from them.n
