The Gals in this store absolutely Rock! They listened to my description of what I was looking for. They went the extra mile. They didn't give up and found the perfect shorts that fitted like a glove and looked fantastic on. So good infact that I bought 2.
The young lady that served me in the morning was very professional and welcoming, considering if wasn't her usual rosted day on.
Served by Jess. Her product knowledge is on point and it is very obvious she genuinely enjoys the job. The store was well presented and easy to find my way around. I went in to buy one pair of jeans and left buying two. Was not because of the sale, it was Jess and her service. It's days like this, that make me a returning customer.
Honestly really surprised just how good the clothes are there and their clearance stuff is fantastic! A lot of really good licenced clothes from 50 to 10 dollars, even picked up some decent skinny jeans from 60 to 10, track pants from 50 to 15 etc. I normally would just go to the warehouse as I always assumed clothing stores would be unaffordable, but some of the stuff is even cheaper than warehouse/Kmart. The staff members were super friendly and helpful, giving some advice on what fits best and what to try etc. Extremely kind staff. Always thought the shop was primarily for woman but they have a big selection for men. They have quite trendy options, licenced anime stuff even, few smarter options too. Highly recommend having a look! Pleasantly surprised, will definitely be my go to
Bought some shirts for myself and clothing for my girl theres some really nice stuff I wish I could have bought but due to unlimited big sizes we only walked out with 4 Items. not just this store but every other as well, humans are changing if you want to stay open I suggest small amounts on smaller sizes and large quantities on xl and plus sizes then that way you'll get more people in your stores.
Jess the manager there is very obliging had a discrepancy with an online advertised item she took the liberty of contacting her regional Manager and managed to sort issue out with professionalism and courtesy. I am appreciative of the service and goodwill in honouring what was advertised on the website today through the whangarei store. Also would like to thank her regional manager for her assistance highly recommended store and company to deal with 09/05/2020
Website said open at 10 Sunday, arrived 10.30, definitely closed. Sad face for grand daughter
