A colleague of mind had been doing a project with this business. It was a struggle from day one. The owner palms off work to his inexperienced daughters. Arrogant, more interested in sending bills and collecting money. They don't know the meaning of customer service. Eldest daughter is the worst: procrastinator, passive aggressive, cannot take feedback without getting defensive. Save yourself the trouble. There are so many other marketing businesses in Adelaide that know what they are doing and will treat your business with the care it deserves. It will not be long before this business tanks. In response to your response, I know for a fact that you have received complaints from existing and past clients. I see there was no denial in relation to the comments of particular staff behaviour towards clients. My guess is this is due to it being true, hence it cannot be denied. The business plays the victim and blames clients instead of looking at themselves and how they engage with people. The bills were not in relation to outstanding payments that had not been paid. Bills were always paid on time. The issue was overcharging for mediocre work and concentrating on money instead of customer service without adequate prior communication or justification for why so much was charged. The national awards are an exaggeration in terms of Jarvis' marketing achievements.
