Take stock in the poor reviews for this company. I was promised by a property manager that after a tree caused damage to my gutter and subsequently flooded my garage that they would get someone out immediately to inspect it and write a report/take photos and rectify the issue. What ensued has been 4 months of me chasing this up without Adcorp or the new property manager taking any ownership of the issue. Dozens of phone calls and emails have amounted to zero action, no one has come to inspect the damage/write a report. I didn't even receive any further acknowledgement from any of my correspondence until I mentioned the word "solicitor", my dozens of phone calls mysteriously rang out or a note was taken from the receptionist to be passed on to the manager, these notes must have been lost in transit because communication has been entirely one way. Today it rained heavily again and sure enough my garage flooded due to their inability to stick to their word. Poor company, lack of ownership, lack of accountability. Low star ratings on Product Review and Google for a reason! Avoid at all costs.
The absolute worst, constantly putting my mother and neighbours into distress by their lack of competence. From the receptionist to the manager, everyone is incredibly useless and dishonest. Likewise to a previous review, we're also equally very concerned that the company is taking our money from our complex without providing adequate services.
Company keeps sending me a bill even though I don't have a contract with them. Asked for the last 3 months for any evidence of Adcorp actually having attended the property at all and they are just ignoring request, even request for proof of certificate of insurance. Very concerned this company is taking money from the entire complex without providing any service.
There was an open inspection for a property. Typically an agent will arrive maybe 10 minutes early. The agent wasn’t there. We waited. Someone called them after about 15 minutes of waiting. The agent said they’d be there a full 30 minutes after the inspection was supposed to start. I left before the agent arrived because I don’t want to deal with an agent that can’t even show up to their inspection on time.
We have a dedicated Body Corporate Manager assigned to our group who is professional, efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and responsive. She works with the different personalities and expectations extremely well, particularly through a contentious period around building upgrades and, most recently, a fencing. Her attention to detail is exemplary.
This is a horrible, horrible business with rude staff whose business model is making it difficult to leave to a better manager. As an investor with properties under management of a few different companies, Ad Corp is the only one I have ever had issues with. There constant change over in staff further reflects the culture. Five managers in three years - NO SURPRISE! UPDATE - Ad Corp sent me an email saying "I just read your review on google, you will be hearing from our lawyers. Defamation is a very serious charge." Clearly don't like criticism, but unfortunately for them it is not defamation if it is true
Always professional in their dealings with clients Problem so many times is that the client is blind to the problems and legality that comes with it. If the boot was on the other foot, how do you think it would be handled? Adcorp, keep up the good work and professionalism. I have never had a problem in recommending your services to others.
The most unprofessional and disrespectful staff to deal with, Lisa Kotsano, property Manager she is a terrible person to interact with, the only thing was asked from her to release the bond, despite follow ups and phone calls for a month, she had to be very rude and dismissive over the phone. we had to approach consumer affairs and adcordp's higher management to resolve the issue.
This Strata management group would be the WORST people to deal with, they never reply to emails, they never answer calls, and they basically have given me so much misinformation. My advise, stay well clear of them.
