One of the best comfort food in Byron Bay, generous portion of rice and chicken with a balance of salad, Quick service and looks like an authentic Japanese food. Some other menu could be gluten free or dairy free I like the sharing long table so if you ever feel like talking to your neighbouring table while having your dinner you can do so easily. Price about $20 per plate. Highly recommended and will go back again.
Absolutely beautiful food, friendly service. The food came out quickly even though they were full happy customers. Food was very fresh and delicious flavour. Highly recommend.

This is a real hidden gem of Byron! Coming from Sydney I didn’t expect to eat such delicious Japanese food. The chicken katsu curry was one of the best I’ve ever had!
Great little gem of a place. Had the tuna sashimi, Teriyaki Chicken Katsu served in a bowl with rice and salad and a Japanese Curry with Chicken Katsu which was a very large plate could have shared this plate and more sashimi for two. Service was fantastic and all the food was delicious.
Authentic, tasty ramen! Unfortunately, the chef's pan needs cleaning. Our ramen and veggies were covered in pan debris, which spoiled the experience.
One of my favourite dishes RAMEN, this is one of the worst ramen I had in my 37 years of existence. Non savoury, very oily and pork mince was like leftover breaded porkchops that was added to the RAMEN. One word ‘Disgusting’. Please do not try their RAMEN. Sad part is the waitstaff nor cashier did not even apologize! My friend had the RAMEN aswell and was disappointed.
An authentic Japanese street food experience. Good price for location, quality and atmosphere. We had ramen, teriyaki salmon and okonomiyaki. Would definitely visit again.
We had veggie curry and chicken karage in main menu. Taste is alright. curry is just nomal curry taste you usually have. It wasn’t worth to pay 34 dollars of these foods. We’ve got small portions of rice, curry and just small 6 bits of chicken with lots of salads. I don’t recommend this restaurant when you’re hungry.
Great little authentic Japanese place not too far away from the main street. It's very small but feels just like Japan when you walk inside, from the decor to the chef in the background. Portions are huge and prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back next time we're in the area.
