can't say enough nice things about OEC, the food is spectacular, a visually stunning and tasty fusion of Japanese and Western. Phone ahead to reserve a seat during lunch times as it's small and very popular. You won't be disappointed with the food.

Delicious, authentic Japanese food. We had the Volcano Roll and Teriaki Chicken bowl. Quick service and polite staff make this venue a stand out.
Superb quality of food prep and presentation, and unique as well. Will definitely be going back. Perhaps my favourite Japanese in the northern suburbs, along with Dee's near Joondalup resort.
This small shop is our favorite Japanese cafe in Perth. No matter how busy they can get on weekends, their foods and coffee always come out perfect! I love a Soeul Bow and Cappuccino for brunch on Sunday morning.
